The Timesulin Insulin Pen Replacement Cap Comes to Finland
We’ve got some exciting news to share today: we’ve just announced a partnership with Medifon OY (a distribution company owned by the Association of Finnish Pharmacies) to offer Timesulin insulin pen replacement caps to the diabetes community in Finland.
This announcement follows our recent launches in Japan and Canada last month, as well as our participation in the Pharmacy Days Conference this past week where the Timesulin replacement cap was showcased and introduced to over 3,500 pharmacy employees and pharmacists.
Medifon OY Managing Director, Mika Flink, noted that Type 1 insulin dependent diabetes has more than doubled among the Finnish population over the past 25 years. And so far this trend looks like it will increase. “Timesulin has the potential of making a difference in life-quality for a large portion of the Finnish population.”
